After the Sunset (날이 저물거늘)

Meant to be performed at the opening of a concert, After the Sunset is a brief meditation on a poem by the same name, written by Kwon Ho-mun (권호문):

As the day fades into darkness, I have no more chores to tend.
I close the brushwood gate, and lie down under the moon,
When worldly thought disappears to leave my mind clean.

날이 저물거늘 나외야 할 일 없어
송관을 닫고 달 아래 누워 있으니
세상에 티끌 마음이 터럭 만큼도 없다
