Like so many of her poems, this one creates a beautiful (if not heartbreaking) analogy between humanity and nature:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><em>Mountains are the same as ever,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>But the rivers are not.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Can a stream be the same?<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Men of worth, like water,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Once gone, never return.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">(trans.
