I was surprised, then, when I was introduced to gugak, Korean traditional music, since much of that music seemed to share the same sound world as the Blues. Won’t Do Wrong No More makes its Blues roots clear from the outset, with the piri imitating the sound of a blues singer’s raspy voice. As the piece goes, it moves in and out of blues landscapes, occasionally returning to the opening theme.

This piece is dedicated to Ji-young Yi, Chiwan Park and Woongsik Kim.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tab][vc_tab title=”한국어” tab_id=”1565205787-2-20″][vc_column_text]지난 몇 년간 아메리칸 블루스를 담은 작품을 쓰고 싶었으나, 블루스만의 특색, 즉 음색과 움직임을 잘 표현 할 수 있는 가장 적합한 앙상블을 찾기가 쉽지 않아 주저하고 있었다. (Won’t do wrong no more) 이 블루스에 기반을 두고 있다는 것을 명확히 알게 될 것이다. 이 곡은 블루스의 경계를 넘나들면서 전개되고, 때때로 처음의 주제로 다시 돌아간다.

이 곡은 이지영, 박치완 그리고 김웅식에게 헌정한다.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tab][/vc_tabs][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[108
post-315","portfolio","type-portfolio","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","portfolio_category-korean
["GET
